Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product delivered is not fit for consumption. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery to address your concerns.
Conditions for Refunds
- Unfit for Consumption: If you receive a product that is spoiled or not consumable, you must inform us immediately, along with photographic evidence.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us right away. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the incorrect item.
- Damaged During Delivery: If your order is damaged during delivery, please provide us with the details and photos of the damage within 24 hours.
